All merchandise may be returned to Vintage-Aloha-Shirts.com within 7 days of the date of receipt. Shipping charges for exchanges and/or returns will be at the customer’s expense unless the item received was a shipping error on our part. We recommend you return the package via insured mail with confirmation service to verify delivery. 

The buyer is responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will usually pay these fees upon receipt of the shipment. These additional charges are completely out of our control. We have no way of knowing what or how much those charges may be, so be aware of your countries import fees prior to purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees. We will NOT falsify international shipping documents as gifts. 

Also, images of nudity / under clothed people are depicted on some of our shirts and may be considered "offensive" in some cultures. Please check to see if you can import such items. Otherwise they may be confiscated and destroyed in Customs.

We offer a flexible checkout experience. We let customers pay how they want. We accept credit and debit cards, Venmo, and "buy now pay later" options — or even allow customers to check out with crypto - all via PayPal.

Never machine wash or machine dry your shirt from Vintage-Aloha-Shirts.com. Dry clean or hand wash only. If you choose to hand wash, it should be done using in a gentle detergent then hang dry. Do not wring the garment. Always unbutton the aloha shirt before washing to relieve stress on the buttons and button holes. Always use padded hangers when hanging. Steam is preferred to ironing.

The best way is to store your vintage shirt is to wrap them in acid free tissue paper and store them in a box in a cool dry place. Another way to store shirts is on a padded hanger in a cool dry closet with no light and low humidity. High humidity will lead to foxing and mold. We store all of our shirts in vacuum sealed bags after wrapping them in acid free paper. We also add a silica gel pack to draw any moisture away from the shirt. Remember that heat, light and moisture are enemies of aloha shirts!
